We specialize in the production and development of denim fabrics of various specifications. We can also dye and weave all kinds of high, medium and low-grade denim fabrics with various specifications. According to the fabric structure, there are plain weave, twill, satin, jacquard and other denim fabrics, and according to the variety: cotton, cotton polyester, slub, elastic, mercerized, satin, siro spinning ring spinning, combed and other series of denim . Cloth weight from 4oz to 15oz (136g/m2 to 516g/m2) including blue, black, grey and other colors.

We have more than 100 looms, including 6 high-speed looms made in Italy, with more than 300 employees, and the factory is fully equipped to produce denim products for any number of orders.
High-quality denim products are produced using high-quality yarns and high-tech machinery. Our quality control staff also inspect the denim to make sure there are no defects before sending it off for finishing. This minimises waste, resulting in a consistently high standard end product.

Using advanced machines in our 6 sewing threads, we are able to produce more than 50,000 pieces per month. To meet the demands and delivery schedules of the US and European markets, we employ a responsive, fast-tracking order system.
We are constantly researching and developing denim production techniques to provide our customers with new ideas and design inspirations. Visiting denim factories and laundromats means we can provide more accurate samples of how the final denim product will look, making it easier for designers to choose the best fabric for their garments.
